In addition of being a host of various academic and professional training programs :
From 1985 to 1986 he was working as an internal auditor at Gupco petroleum company, Cairo Egypt (a joint venture with AMCO).
From 1987 to 1989 Hesham was working as Chief accountant at ABNAEE company for agriculture, trading and investment Saudi Arabia.
From 1989 he joined the academic work through being a member of the teaching board of cairo university with over than 30 years of extensive experience specialized in providing the academy and professional application of financial and commercial methodology, starting from 1989 as a teacher assistant Accounting Department faculty of commerce Cairo university (Khartoom branch) till 1993 and as an assistant lecturer Accounting Department faculty of commerce Cairo university (Khartoom branch) from 1993 to 2001 completing his academic hierarchy till now as an assistant professor, Accounting Department faculty of commerce Cairo university (Khartoom branch).
