 Enriching participants’ information and training them to apply modern approaches in the field of contracting business planning and programming (the critical path method). CPM).  Refining the skills of the participants through training on the methods of translating implementation programs established on quantitative basis into financial measures prepared according to the estimated costs methods for the purposes of applying for public or limited tenders.  Training participants to apply the scientific principles of contracting costs accounting in order to calculate the cost of actually executed works for each item of contracting, compare them with the estimated costs, measure deviations, and analyze their causes.

  • Methods of measuring profitability in contracting using:
