 ÷ Types of contracts (supply contracts - operating contracts - maintenance contracts).

 The conclusion of contracts and the requirements of good drafting.

 

the second day

 ÷ Skills to analyze and study offers and choose the most appropriate one.

  ÷ Contracting stages and procedures, necessary requirements and potential problems.

 ÷ Necessary considerations before, during and after the execution of the contract:

× Motivational motive to contract.

× Economic interest in the contract.

× Essential and detailed issues to be taken into consideration.

the third day

 

 ÷ Contracting and Engagement Phase:

× Mutual obligations and parity.

× Contract drafting skills and general controls.

 The implementation phase and its problems:

× Execution of the obligations of the contracting parties.

× Breach of equivalence between obligations.

× Changing the conditions of the contract for implementation and the necessary confrontation skills.

 The concept and nature of negotiation processes and their components.

 The stages of the negotiation process and the necessary procedures.

The fifth day

 Different strategies for negotiation and effective negotiation tactics.

 ÷ The difference in the interpretation of contracts and arbitration, its conditions and procedures.
