 Introducing participants to the arts of press editing, its forms and tools, as well as editing for radio and television, and the contrast between the requirements of each.  Developing the skills of the employees of the Media Department, those in charge of communicating with the various media, and those who practice the arts of media and communication in offices and ministries.  Training participants practically (technically and professionally) through field visits to natural bodies to learn how to prepare press material, collect and arrange news and prepare it in its final form for publication and printing through the various stages of production.  Develop and develop methods of dealing with modern media

First day

  • Theoretical framework for the arts of journalistic editing:
  • Press editing as one of the types of mass communication in the media.
  • Definition of mass communication and its impact on society.
  • Arts of mass communication (radio / television / theater ... etc.).
  • The press in the media departments of institutions and organizations

  • The arts of journalistic editing:
  • Press news (definition of news / forms of news / types of news / ways of writing news).
  • Press dialogue (documenting it / preparing for the press dialogue / conducting / writing it).
  • Press report (journalistic investigation and its types / press photo / press photo production).

the third day

  • Writing for radio and television:
  • Writing forms for radio and television.
  • Journalistic investigations and their forms.
  • The report and its contents.
  • News / investigation / report.

the fourth day

  • Practicing the arts of journalistic editing:
  • Practical and field training on news preparation, collection, implementation, stages of preparation for publication, and visits to Arab press and media institutions.

The fifth day

  • modern media technology
