    • Project Feasibility Evaluation:

Important accounting rules in evaluating projects.

The concept of time value of money and its importance in evaluating projects.

How to calculate project cash flows.

the third day

    • Project feasibility assessment methods:

 Traditional methods of project evaluation.

 Accounting rate of return.

- Payback period.

Modern methods of project evaluation.

The net present value method.

The internal rate of return method.

Profitability indicator.

The concept and applications of break-even analysis.

Sensitivity analysis.

the fourth day

    •  Financial analysis of existing projects:

The fifth day

    • Financial analysis tools.
    • Financial ratios method (liquidity analysis / profitability analysis / activity analysis and turnover rates / financing structure analysis / investment ratio analysis).
    • Vertical / structural analysis of the financial statements.
    • Horizontal/trend analysis of the financial statements.
