  • Planning methods for policies (short-term bank credit and commercial credit) and methods for analyzing the impact of these policies on profitability and liquidity.
  • Methods for setting purchasing and storage plans, determining the economic size of the purchase batch, determining the point of re-ordering, and its impact on both profitability and liquidity.

the third day

  • Methods of preparing a cash flow plan in order to rationalize the management of funds and control the movement of cash in order to reduce the cost of funds.

 

the fourth day

  • Using the indicators of financial analysis as a tool for financial planning, as well as using these indicators as a tool for following up the implementation of the financial plan and evaluating its results and impact on controlling liquidity and developing the profitability of the organization.
